I had a great experience working with Jim Vena when I decided to sell my house to someone who would accept it "as is". I wanted to sell it quickly, and without a realtor. I received Jim's name through a recommendation. He met with me in 2 days after I contacted him by phone. After doing a thorough inspection, he found that I had some foundation problems. He assisted me in obtaining bids, and was present during the entire process. He was agreeable to having the work done after I vacated the property. We came to financial terms easily and quickly and he was willing to accept my time frame for the closing. I highly recommend Jim due to his professionlism, vast knowledge and experience.
